Custom Racer?

Hello,

I was wondering if you can enter a custom touring car in a competition, if not, what are they IFMAR requirments and set up rules ect....

I'm sure you can, as long as it meets all the requirements. Atsushi Hara races a custom 1/12 scale pan car "hara hammer" in the pan car class, so its not unheard of. I'm sure the same holds true for TC's. The biggest races I've entered have been ROAR sanctioned events, so I can't help you out with the IFMAR restrictions.
