[Legacy]

Hi all.

I am again seeking the advice of the community. I am definately getting a nitro stadium truck. But, with it being winter and all I'm going to wait til it warms up first. Besides, this is a hobby I am very interested in so I would love to have an electric as well (have an old Tamiya Monster Beetle that I loved to death 10 years ago).

So, the electric ST is going to come first. I really like Losi and my LHS carries more Losi than anything else. I will be bashing and possible racing at some point. There is a track about 20 minutes away that is open to public use.

Long story even longer, I'm about to buy the Losi xxx-t sport rtr II. Its about $270 anywhere you look. Great electronics especially the radio.... I guess I'm just wondering if you all think it is worth that price. I see plenty of auctions and used T3s etc for sale but I really want to get something new....

My advice would be if you like losi, and your LHS carries mostly losi, go with losi. Personally, most of my LHS's (all two of them within one hours driving time) don't stock much in the way of parts for anything I've ever owned. That said, I'm more of an associated guy myself, but again, it will be easiest to go with what you LHS has parts for.

totally agree... go with whats readily available.... not sumthing u will have to wait for....

you can't really go wrong with thr rtr II, especially with the electronics that come with it. go for it,
