View Full Version : I wan to buy a dirt oval car!
I want to buy a dirt oval car(use an RC10T3 FT). I want to buy something under 300, and i would buy a seperate servo, motor, esc, and receiver. I just want to have a car i can get running for under 500.

first of all where are you gonna run? Lg track, small track, banked, flat? There are a lot of different cars for different tracks. There are direct drive and gearbox. When I started I used and old rc-10 amd lowered it then made my own body and then saved my bucks and built from there. Are you lookin for an rtr with an esc? Give me some info. I might be able to help you out. Do you want another truck or car?
Once again there are lots of decisions!!! Well, the track I would be running on would be...probably...uh...that is...hmm. Probably large, in a park. A baseball diomand.(spelling??) I guess it wouldn't matter what it would look like. If there was a RTR with an esc, that would be great. I dont car if I would have to build it or get my own equipment. I can get my hands on some nice stuff...Im going to go to www.dirtoval.com (http://www.dirtoval.com) to see more on what its like and tell you more! Thanks for your help man!
Those are some cool cars. I especially liked the East Coast Mods or something...bad memory.

Now there lies a problem. You have to keep lookin. If you buy a car designed for dirt oval, they are expensive. I can't give you a specific site where they are cheap, unless there is someone who can sell you one used for cheap. I might be able to help you out in a week or so. We can communicate via e-mail about that. You may want to inquire about the B3 conversion. I know there are some guys who have done that and are very happy with them. I am not too familiar with that procedure. They somehow take a B3 and lower it and change some things to make it handle and perform like a decent dirt oval car. I would go onto the Dirtoval site and start a forum asking how they do it. I am sure they will help. If I come up with something to help you in the meantime I will e-mail you.
