Anyone make a 50 Mhz pistol style radio?

I'm looking for a 50 Mhz pistol style radio to use with my truck. 2 or 3 channels would be ok. So far only finding 50 Mhz radios with multiple channels for airplanes. Does anyone know about a radio like this? Thanks!

You'll need a Ham radio operating license to operate a radio on that band. As far as I know, no manufacturer makes a radio on the 50mHz band; however, I do have Futaba 9CAP re-tuned to that band by Futaba.

Just e-mail them, they should be able to re-tune most radios for about $60.

I've been licensed for 11 years. Just getting into R/C so want to use my license for that too and hopefully avoid any frequency conflicts at the track.
