Over Christmas, my father, brother and I spent a fair amount of time flying an Aerobird Commander in Texas. I really enjoyed it, and would like to purchase my own Aerobird, probably a Challenger, now that I am back home in Arlington, VA. My one concern is WHERE I can fly it. Is there anyone from the area that can make any suggestions.

I have taken the advice repeated on this board numerous times and contacted the local clubs. Unfortunately, they have been slow to get back to me. I have also heard that many fields discourage the HobbyZone planes because they use the 27MHz band and their radios are not usbale with the "Buddy Boxes" used with new pilots.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks.
