I really need info on the Towerhobbies Club. Does the free shipping include for outside the USa, and is the shipping slow or fast. Are the Special deals worth it? Thanks. Bye for now.

well Yawn, I just joined the club myself so I guess I'll find out ;) I live in Japan, but being in the military means all express shipments and costs etc. stop in San Francisco where the military postal picks up.
Tower Hobbies is a pretty big outfit, I figure there'll be some savings. The brochure they sent me had some pretty good deals. :D

Could you please tell me whether their shipping is good? Thanks. :D Oh yeah, do the issues of RCCA come fast or do you have to wait for a month?

Yeah, their shipping is good. Every company has some glitches, as seen on some posts where people complained that Tower took too long to ship, but almost all the responses to them were that they had great experiences with Tower's shipping. They're good.

I think there shipping is excellent. I've only been able to take advantage of the free shipping (orders over $250) once, so it is not worth joining just for the shipping. I have used two coupons so far, but I would say the coupons are not worth it unless you order frequently (which I do not). You'll also receive tips and member-specials in the mail monthly (along with the oppurtunity to buy used and damaged equipment for cheap).

I live in canada and still have to pay the standard $10, but the $6.99 is waived.
Its only $150 dude...
I would have never joined Tower Hobbies again, but because they have the Super Savers Club, I keep coming back for more! If they didnt have it, im sure more people would be going to Horizon right now.
BTW, it IS worth it. I swear I saved mroe than $300 in 2 years from it, that includes the $60 off what the membership costs.
BTW, shipping is dependant on where you are. Its up to the Postal Service to make it fast, if your wondering if they process the orders fast? Yes.

Personally, i love this R/C Season Super Sale that is going on with Tower right now. They are selling the T3 RTR for 204.99 and the Kyosho EP Ultima ST for 129.99 RTR!!!! i think thats great 130 bucks for a great RTR truck. Does anyone know of any other places where they sell the T3 cheaper? if so e-mail me at skierpro397@ski.com thanks.
