Does anybody know of any other hobby store that has the duratrax evader?(besides towerhobbies).

Well, first off, what's wrong with Tower?

Secondly, I am amazed at all of the online hobby shops that don't carry Duratrax. The brand is nowhere to be found at other big stores like Hobby People and Bruckner.

Omni Models should carry it, but there are exactly the same as Tower (operate out of the same warehouse!).

I'm thinking that the Tower/Omnimodels (Great Planes Distributing) & Duratrax situation is the same as the Horizon & Team Losi situation... These big distributors make their own rules.

Thanks for the info GTman. Great Hobbies has the evader but it's about 100 dollars more there than at Tower and Horizon Hobbies don't have it.

i like towers prices, but i really hate how they dont carry many brands. I guess horizon doesnt want to distribute to tower since tower also carrys great planes. You cant even buy a losi car there, thats plain stupid.

Racer, Tower hobbies is a Great Planes distrubuter...and Horizon distributes EXCLUSIVELY for Losi. So it's not Tower's fault that they don't carry Losi; it's a business contract issue. Try getting Kyosho thru a Horizon dealer; it's the same issue.

I go to different online store for different thigns i need(i sound like a mom) and if tower has the evader, jsut buy it..

Hobby People carry Duratrax stuff I havent seen the site but I have their catalog and they do have Duratrax in it.

Oh really. I've been getting their catalogs for years and have never seen a Duratrax product in there.

EDIT: I don't have a catalog on hand, but I think I might have saw a Monster Quake in there, upon further thinking. Hobby People may carry Duratrax, but they don't let us know about it.
