I have a Losi xxx, its great, buts it really hard to get parts for. I've noticed that xxx-t parts are easier to get. Could i turn my xxx into a xxx-t? I mean bigger tires, longer arms, new drive shafts, etc.

Well I have seen a XXXT with a XXX chassis and it handled our tight track very well. It would be spendy but you could do it.

My plan was new arms, longer drive axles, bigger tires and rims, im gonna keep the chassis the way it is. I might keep the body as a buggy. But what are the crucial things needed, cause i wanna do this.

Let's see... You'll need...
At least:
front & rear XXXT arms
long front & rear camber links
long steering turnbuckles
front axles, steering knuckles, and carriers
longer universal shafts
4 hinge pins for the outside, front suspension components (the buggy uses smaller ones)
If you REALLY want a truck, also get:
front (and maybe rear) shock tower
longer front and rear shocks
That's about it, but if you want to use a truck body, you'll definitely need the shock towers and will probably want the longer chassis (and battery strap) so the body isn't too long.
