Do all tires/wheels come with spacers incase you need to push the wheels out to fit the body?

All HPI wheels come with spacers. If not, small 1 or 2 mm shims will be fine, as long as the hex portion is still making contact with the wheels.

pro-line wheels come with spacers.
Spacers + high power engine = stripped wheel hexes

So what do you recommend? I have a tamiya XBG with a 190mm body that I purchased however the body sticks out just a tad past the wheels. Someone told me to use wheels with a 3mm offset. Being new to the rc scene, I have no idea what he meant.

it means that center of wheel (where it meats the hex) is moved towards inside of the car 3mm,

So if my current body is sticking out past my stock wheels, then rims with an offset should push the wheels out a little to meet the body right? So its basically like a deep dish rim?

Yup, dished rim is also called an offset rim.

When looking for tires and rims, for example, 26mm rims need 26mm tires right?
