I'm new to the touring car scene with my new Xray T1R :D . Now what do the xx mm numbers mean for the tires like 24mm? Thanks.

Also anyone have experience with proline Fury Tread Low Pro Sedan S2 or Proline Slick Tourng Car Tire 24mm?

the xx mm number is the width. Most rubber tires are 24-26 and foams can go to 30mm.

Go to the track you'll be racing at and see what the fast guys are running. Most of the people at my track run CS-22's. It is a high-bite, indoor concrete track.

Right, if you're racing, then I'd forget about those ProLine tires, their offroad tires are fine but they've been left far behind when it comes to touring car tires by the likes of Sorex, Pit Shimizu, HPI, & TakeOff(just to name a few). I for one also like TakeOff's tires for many applications, because of the versatility of them(I've run them on cold to hot asphalt, concrete, carpet, you name it, & they've always worked well, just be careful to get the right compound for the condition & they'll work). But most important is to ask around at the track you plan to race on, & see what kinds of tires & inserts the locals seem to favor(they'll usually know best what works the best there), & in the meantime you can always keep a set of TakeOff CS-22's & CS-27's handy to start(those should give you a good starting point, & you can get TakeOff's premounted too, which is very handy)......

Where can I find TakeOff tires? Is there a web link?

Shumacher distributes them if I'm not mistaken.
