Awesome thanks, Any more comments? Will these batts give me good run time? Also, will it be absolutely NECESSARY to switch to deans connectors right off the batt? Thanks again guys, ScMc.
BattlePack, those batts look good but they are not matched... Very good prices though.

He said bashing in an E-max, not racing. They are not matched, your right. We sell matched cells and solder GP3300 packs, they cost more.
Chart on these low cost packs....

not bad for the cost.
thanks

Not to say Battlepack are not good, but you may want to try Maxamps.com a try. They sell GP3300 matched and zapped 117's or better for amazing prices. I have been using them for racing and they work better than packs I have paid 3 times as much for. Oh and they also offer a money back guarrantee if they are not 117+. Good luck and happy shopping.

Wow, I'm impressed with the prices of those. When it says SC3300, are those GPs or Sanyo cells or what?

The Maxamps.com claims are similiar to the claims made by www.cheapbatterypacks.com. These are misleading and are deceiving to beginners. The packs at Maxamps are not matched and are probably not zapped either. If you ran those cells through a Turbomatcher on 30 amps, I highly doubt any of them would produce the 1.17+ claim that Maxamps and CBPs say they do. These are unmatched packs and work fine for bashers, but if you're racing, get matched packs. Just wanted to clarify that with you so you can stop spreading misleading information and these cells. :)

These are China cells that have tested and decided to offer. They have been blasted on the Turbo Matchers for months. We then ordered packs and cells from them. We have been very pleased with them with zero customer returns.
thanks

Some of the racers I race with run SMC's, and they are good packs. As long as you are okay with spending that much money on packs for your E-Maxx, I would definitely go for it. About connectors: If you keep the standard white "Tamiya" connectors, you most likely will find that they aren't going to hold up. Dean's connectors work awesome, and if you can solder, are easy to install. If you can't solder, find someone who can, or learn how to. :D
