I think Tmaxxes are great and I want one but I have no money. so go for it.
Emaxxes on the other hand I will never own. 2 batts for 1 run doest seem like a good time to me

I have a T-Maxx and it's a great truck, but things do break on it from time to time and T-Maxx parts can be VERY expensive. The engine that comes with it isn't the best engine and if you don't break it in right you will mess it up bad. But if you can afford some parts and have some paitence with the engine, go for it! It's a blast to drive. Another truck I would recommend is an RC10GT. They're a lot of fun, you can get into racing with it, the initial expense is cheaper if you get the RTR version, and parts are a LOT cheaper and it doesn't break nearly as much as a T-Maxx. My Maxx always has something wrong with it and I'm always wrenching on it or fixing something it seems like to me. Maybe I just got a bad Maxx. But I love it when I'm driving it! Just my opinion. depends on what part you break. i mean if you break an A-arm they aren't that expensive. although i would upgrade to RPM's A-arms. they are practically as durable as aluminum ones and are tons cheaper.
