Its not that hard to do a search...obviously the fastest motor you can get is a 12 turn, so here ya go, pick one- http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/WTI0095P?FVSEARCH=12t+motor&FVPROFIL=++

I would pick maybe the Trinity D6

Stock 27turn will be fast with less problems of maintenance, next would be the 19turn spec motor and finally either a machine wound mod or hand wound mod if you can afford it and the maintenance required.
For modifieds the numbers of turns does not dictate the speeds, the number of turns is related to the low end curve that motor produces. If you were to select a mod motor that was too low it's on throttle power (rpm) may make vehicle almost undrivable. So selecting the right turn/wind is critical. Go with higher turn/winds when traction is less than adaquate or you have concerns about runtime.
Same is true between the different motor manufactures an Epic (Trinity) D6 is no faster than a Yokomo (Reedy) KR or PT. All modified produce roughly 164 watts which is the true measure of determining which motor is fastest.
The lower the turn/winds (less wire = less weight) then the motor is able to produce higher rpms (quicker acceleration), less torque (pulling power) and efficiency is less (less runtime). Going with anything other the the kit supplied motor also will require you to purchase pinions to ensure what ever motor you use is geared correctly.
