I know my hobby shop has pieces. Dont know if there is any that big. Its really cheap! Have you asked the people at your local hobby shop?
Go to the yellow pages and look up "plastics", you should be able to find some wholesale suppliers if you live in or near a town of any size.

I found this place... Thin stuff but Lexan none-the-less. I work at a place where there is tons of it just lying around, so I've never had to buy any... Happened across this place and remembered this question.

www.mcmaster.com (http://www.mcmaster.com) or www.mscdirect.com (http://www.mscdirect.com)
both are industrial supply places that can have your lexan to you overnight. lexan is also known as polycarbonate, hyzod and tuffak. you can get it as thin as .005" or as thick as 2". I hope this helps.
