i figure i should post these cuz there have been alot of topics about backyard tracks and stuff. the track my and my dad (pictured using/breaking my buggy) built over a few weekends, but alot of work, clearing and building. http://albums.photopoint.com/j/AlbumIndex?u=982629&a=9498303

I don't like the looks of those cement blocks in the turns. Nice track to goof around on.

oh, ya, the blocks, i am planning on covering them with around 3 inches of bubble wrap, sorta as padding, i figure its rather weather proof and will last (the bulbles shouldnt pop because i will probably have a few layers so they can compress.

Try some coragated plastic or vinyl siding or soffit material looks good and at our track it saves a lot of repairs.
