best electric on road car for a beginer?

the traxxas 4 tec is a nice eletric on road car for a begginer,i have one it is realy nice and is very durable and suprisingly fast out of the box, top speed is 25mph.the car is $156 rtr at tower hobbies,you need batteries,a charger and batteries for the controler and it comes with a painted body.it will probly cost like 230 for every thing which is a deal.maxxwrencher

Yeah tell him to go for the 4-tec thats about the best way to go. Fast for an electic also!
