Steve - I noticed that you don't allow the users to create their own rooms.
Is there a reason for this or just something overlooked.

I don't know if that's an option with the software we are running, but I'll check into it and let you know.

Steve the reason I'm asking is clubs and tracks could create their own room to communicate in.
