Failsafe and Nimh batteries?

I have heard if you use Nimh RX batteries the failsafe may not work properly due to the characteristics of the Nimh vs Nicad. Anyone had a problems using their failsafe with Nimh batteries? What brand of failsafe is or is not working with your Nimh batteries?

A return spring is cheaper and works if you lose voltage...like say...for some odd reason, your battery pack gets shot out of your car (or T-maxx ;))

I plan on using a spring as well just for the reasons you mentioned. My concern is more of the frequency intereference and then varoom into the curb at full throttle......
