Well like I've been saying you could try up here in Syracuse NY during the NY State Fare. They always have big concerts and stuff during then and there is also a hobby shope near by. I would like to see the track layouts if you could please e-mail em to me. BTW Syracuse is one of the few cities unaffected by the Stabucks Coffee bug. I think there is only like 1 that I've seen.

Here is the first pair of layouts (pictures soon):

EP onroad:

From the S/F line, its a sprint down the front straight to a 90 degree left (turn 1), then another 90 left (turn 2), then a right-left-right (turns 3,4,and 5) then a short straight to a 90 right (turn 6) then another short chuthe to another 90 right (turn 7). Then a long straight to a right-double sweeping left combo (turn 8,9, and 10) then the back straight and then a 90 degree left (turn 11), then a long straight and then a 90 degree left (turn 12). Then its back to the start/finish line to complete the lap
Nitro onroad will be up in an hour

I vote for Houston Texas. What classes are you planning on running? I have two pan cars, 1 oval and 1 road car. Will I be able to enter either of these cars. If it is in Houston I suggest the Katy area off of I-10, or the Clear Lake area off of I-45/Gulf Freeway. Pearland is a good area also. The above metioned areas are were in '86 they either had courses or still have. I haven't lived there since 87 so I am not sure where the tracks are located now.

I plan to run electric and nitro onroad, offroad, and touring.

Here is the nitro onroad layout: From the S/F line its a sprint to the first turn, a 90 degree left, followed by a short chute and another 90 degree left (turn 2) then another short straight into a right-left-right combination (turns 3,4,5) then a short chute to another 90 degree turn, this time a right (turn 6). After another 90 degree right (turn 7), its a medium length straight, to a very tight 90 degree right- 90 degreeleft 90 degree left combo (turns 8, 9. and 10), then another 90 degree left (turn 11)onto the back straight Then it is an 80 degree left (turn 12) to another straight then another 90 degree left onto the front straight to complete the lap.

Offroad layouts tomorrow

I have just finished a rallycross layout featuring a brand new jump. I call it a step up jump. I will post the description in the next few days. Also, if you wanna know the URL for the RCEF website (under construction) shoot me an email.
