I am not sure, but wouldn't some sort of protective lacquer work? There are lots of clear sprays that should work.

yes but this would also take away alot of the shine

...A product that will keep the edges of my chrome rims chrome? After a few runs you start to see the white come out. If now do any of you guys have any tips?
