Triple Rate and the Pit Bull X3.

I have the Competition Elctronics Pit Bull X3 ( bes tcharger I have ever owned and will be using for a long time ). I was wondering if there was an advatage to using the triple rate function. If so what are some good setings for this function. Currently I am using the standard Single rate setting and have a cuttof of .032 for the voltage thershold.
