It sounds like whatever you read this from has bullet connectors going towards the motor and a tamiya connector going to the battery. I bet it just means that if you want to use the thing "as-is" you'll have to have bullet connectors on your motor and tamiya connectors on your batteries.

That's what I interpret it to mean, but please tell us where the crap you read this from.
