question about micro mod motors....

I wanted to try one of trinity's termination motors, and the one that they claim is the fastest is a 19 turn termination motor. They state that if you buy the motor that I will need an aftermarket ESC. Why?

I have a mini-t, mini giant, and micro rs4 and have never thought about changing the esc. To be honest i know nothing about electric racing. Can someone help?

Because the new motor is pulling alot more amps. Alot of stock ESC's cant handle that. The trinity motors arent that great.
