Since they are two different cars, i wouldnt think so. But, many of the parts do look inerchangable. ex., the rear axle, wheels/tires, body, maybe the belt. These are just off the top of my head. ;)

if you want to change to foams, the micro rs4 axle hub/carrier deal can be put on (with very slight modification) and you can run wheels (any micro tire) other than the crappy duratrax ones for it. not sure exactly what the stuff is called, becuase i heard this second hand from my micro-using buddy.
