I have gotten sick of using thoughs wrenches that come with kits so I 'm going to buy a good one I just need to know the size.

Losi and Trinity both use 1/16(oh, that also goes for RRP pinions)

Yep, I stripped sooooooo many grub screws before I finally spent the $14 and bought one! For Associated wrenches, it's the silver one...BUT it doesn't fit all grub screws...apparently, there are 2 different sizes.

Pinion set screws use either 1/16" (the newer pinions) or .050". I recommend you get quality allen drivers for all the screws on your car/truck. I recommend .050", 1/16", 5/64", 3/32", and 2.5mm for motor screws. Racer's Edge sells a nice set of them all.
