Very nice. I like your decals. I was just looking at some period drawings of this guy and considering it as a next project after the Pup. Tell us something about the equipment and flight characteristics. Very impresive.

This Albatros is indeed the one that I coated with thin 30 epoxy. It also has airlerons installed. All servos are HS 50s (3 of them) with the airleron servo hidden in the upper wing radiator (I cut a hole in the upper wing and mounted the servo and then built the radiator from balsa around the servo). GWS reciever, 280 motor and the new improved gearbox, 10x6 APC prop, FMA SC-5 ESC, 8 550ma NIMH. It flew great until I crashed it (lost it in the sun one night and crashed nose first). The expoxy coating helped it survive, but I had to rebuild the nose with glass and now it is a bit heavy. Still flys reasonably well, but not quite as snappy. Think I will convert to a 300 motor and see what happens.
