where can i get carbon fiber or graphite for a chassis...if i dont have lotsa money can i used the circuit board type material (some1 told me to use some kind of fiberglass curcuit board from Sayal Electronics)?

I don't think the circuit board material is strong enough, but you can use 'perfboard' from Radio Shack to help you get the holes aligned. It is a thin composite material, with a grid of tiny holes 0.10" apart. It's not strong enough to stress, but it is great for getting the layout right and using as a jig to drill and cut your final product.
You can get CF sheets from multipls sources, like www.mcmaster.com and other industrial suppliers. Consider using G10 fiberglass instead: It's too flexible to use a chassis without bracing, like an upper deck, but it will work great for shock towers and other parts.
