This morning (081301) i went to both Novak and Associated in Irvine and Costa Mesa. It was about 1 hour drive from where I stay (I'm on a business trip to So Cal)
I brought with me brand new TC2 and not so new LRP Pro Sport, both have problem.
I haven't use the TC2 but I believe it's defective, the Pro Sport is about a month old and the set-up button is broken.
I have the sales receipt for TC2, but lost the one for the LRP.
To my surprise, in the end, I got a brand new TC2 and Fixed Pro Sport without even pay a penny!
It took only about 5 minutes at Novak, and about 20 minutes at Associated.
Both welcomed me with the most courteous customer service possible. No fuss, few questions and FAST service!!
At Assoiated, it was Billy Easton himself that took care of my speedo. That guy is very humble and low profile.

Thanks NOVAK and ASSOCIATED.
You have great products and also great people.

Sincerely,
Leonard

WOW Billy Easton took care of it. Thats cool. Sounds like some great customer service. I live out in SOCAL and I guess if I ever have any probls with my esc I know where to go.

I just took a tour of AE yesterday. Gene Husting's daughter took my family and I on the tour, and I got to meet Billy Easton(he was fixing speed controls, lol), Mike Reedy, and Cliff Lett. They were very nice and I got a free hat too! lol

baih,
On the way back to L.A. we went to SoCal Track in Huntington Beach that day, but unfortunately it's still close, they open at 12.
And I didn't plan to take a tour at both Novak and Associated either, since my schedule was tight.
