The Dually just has three 14 gauge wires poking out of the case. This is a perfect time to step up to some no-loss connectors like the Deans Ultra or Powerpoles (my pick).
Check out the following RCCA articles:
http://www.rccaraction.com/articles/ht_install_esc.asp

They should help you out a bit.

I personally use Deans plugs. they are pretty nice. The only draw back is you have to change all of your other connections.

Connecting the tamiya plug to the ESC won't harm anything, so if you need to, then go ahead.

The deans plugs aren't that expensive, about $3 dollars for a set. It's the best money you'll ever spend. Makes your batteries run a little cooler and longer. and is real good for your motor as well. But the Tamiya plugs are alright if you ask me.

Car Head, go here --> www.teamnovak.com/How_to/use_connectors/index.htm (http://www.teamnovak.com/How_to/use_connectors/index.htm) That is the novak site of how to wire your dually, just put your bullet connectors where the motor plugs are, and put the Tamyia plugs on the battery plug
