rebuilding shocks? need help very fast

i am rebuilding my front and rear shocks in my xx with 30 wt shock fluid how much do i put in the shock?

Put as much in as it will hold with the shock shaft ALL THE WAY down. Follow the instructions, and when you push up all the way when the shock is built w/o the spring on the shock, it shouldnt stop before it hits the body of the shock.

With Losi shocks, you fill with fluid to the bottom of the threads, pull the shaft out of the cartridge, then screw the cartridge on, back off 2 turns, push in the shaft all the way, screw completely, and snug it down.
