Hi well my name is Tom i bought my first plane when i was 10 crashed it the first time i flew it in about 10seconds fixed it flew it again got up to 30 ft staled it and nosedived and that was the end. So then i thew it away but kept the eletronics except for the prop and motor.
anyways I want to make one because i have alot of materials in my house and all the eletronics what i was thinking was this
The motor and prop will be held on by a bracket taht is L shaped and bolts to the motor and some really thin i guess pvc pipe (its gray)
then i will take a stick pack i have and just make it 3 cells by cutting it n half and make a way to remove it and slide it in.
The reciver will slide in after the battery (eazy)
All of this will be pressed rite up after the motor and some styrophome to balance it out then another peice of styrophome that will be wedged to hold everything in place.
For the controles the rudder will be made out of cardboard the cerial box cardboard a few layers thick and the actual rudder will be just one layer of cardboard that is bent alot so it moves eazy, same with the elevator. This will be all mounted in some styrophome taht extends past the gray pipe or pvc.
The servos for it will be standard size and will most likely be kind of laying down one laying to the right one to the left that are in slots in the pipe and some how held down.
The linkage will be some paper clips probably.
But the main wing is whare I'm stuck is the part with the main wing i truely have no idea how to make it so i need alot of help their basicaly all i can get im thinking about makeing the whole plane 3ft long.
