I have a JR XR3 radio and does anyone know if you can buy the reciever that the radio came with?how much?

I think the stock receiver for a XR3 is the R113. Retail is $54, and since Horizon/JR have almost locked prices that's probably what you are going to pay. Also give the Novak XXL receivers some consideration. Smaller and lighter, but a little more expensive at $60.

i thought that the novak xxl fm were like $90 and the novak am one's were like $60 because if the novak xxl fm was $60 i would of bought one already

Nope, Novak XXL 2 channel FM for JR is $59.99 at Tower. Sure you could find it cheaper if you shop around.
