Finally found a 'reasonable' source for one and bought it. Now I'm looking for any hints or recomendations for the build. How about any modifications that are worth the time and effort (remembering that I have this 'lazy streak')? Already heard about the fairly flimsy motor mount and how to correct it, but am interested in various ways of doint that too. Not too interested in making the boom/crane work, but who knows. Anything would be appreciated...
