Oval Race @ Crystal Park Raceway this SATURDAY

This Saturday the SOUTH-WEST TOUR "Championship Series" takes to the Crystal Park Raceway for the FIRST 1/10th scale Paved Oval Race.

Sign-ups close around 9 am with racing to start around 11.

For those who missed it, over 50 of Southern California's best OVAL racers showed up at the Crystal Park facility to do a little oval racing.

Dominating the Modified class was TEAM ASSOCIATED's Sean Cochran and Daryl Silva. Silva and Cochran battled back and forth for TQ all day will the top spot going to Silva. Cochran was the one who came out on top when all the marbles were on the line however, taking the "A" Main win.

Thanks to the Crystal Park crew for allowing us to come in and straighten out their normal road course and have the opportunity to run a oval race. James and Van are doing a great job building a place for R/C Racing to grow in the greater L.A. area.
