Tuning a Sedan ???

I read an article a few years back on tuning a sedan. In the article it recommended the order in which the car should be adjusted, according to the problem. In other words, if the rear end was loose, you should start with the tires, then adjust the toe-in, then, etc. Of course I don't remember the order, that's why I thought I'd ask for help here.
