venom temp gage for esc?

Has anyone used the venom temp gage to monitor the temp of the speed controller?. Its supposedly designed for nitro engines but I was wondering if it could be used for the esc as well.

hmm, never thaught of that. Im gonna have to go see.

Its just an idea instead of having to use a temp gun. That way you can just look through the cars window to take a peak at the temp instead of removing the body to check it. I figured someone has done this before...right?

man, thats odd I dont think anyone wanted to know the temp of the ESC? I mean knowing the temp in a nitro truck is a madatory thing almost. dont know why we would need it for an ESC
