You can cut your own. Many suppliers of the vinyl used for making signs have fake graphite vinyl sheets. I've used it in the Stika vinyl cutter.

steve: i know that you could cut it out from those sheets of stickers....the only problem is that i dont know where to get it in Hong Kong, besides, this post if for Hong Kong racers, so...i dont think you could help...

BigCatDaddy-Outlaw: dude...i didnt mean that the admin is beeing nosey or what but its that i live in Hong Kong, you guys are in the States, its like im not going to fly to the states just to get those stupid sickers. so thats why i want someone from Hong Kong who could help me, im not blaming you guys for interferring this, i appreciate you guys for helping, just that i want to know where i could get it in Hong KOng, not in the states. of course i know that they sell those in the states, but im not sure if the have it in the shops in Hong kong.
