Hello everyone,
Do any of you know where I can buy Createx Colors online? I ordered from www.airbrush-depot.com and they have give me nothing but bad service, I ordered 4 weeks ago and have still not received the paint. They also charged me for Global Express Shippoing when I requested UPS shipping. Anyway, I would like to order elsewhere now, so please if you know of any online shops that sell Createx Colors and ship to the UK it would be a great help to me.
Thanks,

I don't know about international shipping, but I have not had any problems with their domestic shipping. And their customer service is great.

I am just getting started in airbrushing and placed a mega-order with DixieArt on the 14th of this month that including the Createx Color Complete Set (76 colors). Everything except the paint arrived quickly. I am STILL waiting for the paint (2 weeks now). According to DixieArt they drop ship it from Createx but it was supposed to be here this past Monday-Tuesday. :o
Not bad-mouthing them, just plan that it may take 2+ weeks to get your paint.

An update...
This thread prompted me to call DixieArt. DixieArt then placed a call to Createx to see what was going on. The paint won't even SHIP until "Monday or Tuesday" which means that I won't get it until 3+ weeks after I ordered it!
Sounds like it's NOT a DixieArt issue but an issue with Createx out of Connecticut.

Ok, I will look in to Dixieart, they sound ok, I recomend no one dales with Airbrush-Depot as they are useless at shipping and their customer support is really bad. They seem to hate replying to my e-mails. Still no sin of my paint even after they have charged me 25 GBP for the shipping instead of 10 USD which is what I asked for. I am going to make sure I get my money back for the shipping.

I would definetly recommend DixieArt. As I noted, it's not their fault the shipment is late.
When you call, you actually speak to a REAL person. The gentleman I spoke with actually WANTED to help me out. He in-turn immediately called Createx and called me back within 5 minutes with an update. You can't beat that customer service!
Also, they seem to have really good prices and a wide selection.
As an aternative, I have also heard good things about Coast Airbrush.
Hope this helps,
Phil

I like Coast Airbrush as well, but being on the west coast, I would imagine it would cost even more to ship to the UK.

Yeah, well I think I will try Dixieart the next time I need paints, when my paints eventually do arrive on my doorstep (I am expecting them tomorrow or I will be severely annoyed) I am hoping I will be set up for a while, I have 2 bodies just waiting for paint.

Well its Saturday and no sign of my paints turning up. I will definitly not be ordering from Airbrush-Depot again. They still have not answered my e-mails about why I was charged for Global Express shipping instead of UPS.

I have been dealing with Dixie Art for a year or so and have nothing but good things to say about them. Great service and they do handle international shipments quite well. Their customs documents are always properly filled out (Canada Customs is notoriously picky and look for any excuse to send a package back to the US) and I usually have my packages less than a week after I place my order.
I don't think you will be dissapointed if you do decide to use them.

My paints arrived yesterday, so heres the scoop:
I paid for 19 4oz bottles (various colours)
I received 4 4oz bottles and 15 2oz bottles.
If they dont refunbd me the difference and the shipping I am going to inform the credit card company and let them sort it out.
I will deal with Dixieart in the future.
Thanks
