Not a bad tray.
Do you have a 20 or 30 amp Discharger?
If not just get a Octane 2.It will discharge at 20 amps while equilizing the cells.

K then yea that tray is fine.
If your discharger has a cutoff here's what you do.

Store your batteries at 5.4 or whatever your discharger cuts off at.
When you get to the track stick the pack on the discharger to make sure and then apply it to the tray. When the lights go dim on the tray let it sit for a bit and make sure its cool.DO NOT PUT a fan on the pack.Let it cool by itself.
When it's cool charge the pack at 6.0amps with a .04cutoff if your charger allows you to do that.
If not see if anyone has a temp gun and try 5.0,5.5 and 6.0 amp charging. You want the pack to peak at 120-130 degrees.
