Im about to send in one of my own, just wondering how many of you out there have sent one in, and if it got published. And to steve, do you know about how many you get sent in compared to how many get published? I really want the rally car http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/biggrin.gif Thanks

I sent one in, so now every month i franticly flip to the pit tips, but no luck yet.

i sent one in in late november and last week i got a leter that said it would be published in feb. 2001 and it had a card for a 6 month subscription! I don't have the feb. isue yet though i need to order it from rcca because my subscription that i got for x-mass started with the march issue

I have sent in about four tips and got one published.:P

I receive approximately 15 Pit Tip submissions per day on average. From there I weed through them and sort the ones that are too similar to ones previously published, dangerous or are just plain obvious ("use a pair of pliars to remove wheel nuts if you lose your box wrench") The remaining tips I review with the other editors and the good ones go into the magazine. There's room for 12 new ones every month and it only costs you a stamp.
