M8 question...

I'm buying an M8 (transmitter only) soon, but will be using the Novak XXL RX, and a HiTec 605bb servo. Also coming is my choice crystals. Anything else I need to make it work?? (besides batteries) Thanks.

That's it. If you haven't already bought receiver, just get the standard one. If you already have the XXL, run it.

I agree with Steve. I just got my M8 last week (and love it). The standard 3chan reciever that comes with it is great. It even fits into my 1/12 scale car. The XXL is nice, but not as good as the blue Airtronic ones. If you have one, run it, it's fine. If you were going to spend the $$ to get the XXL for a size reason or something check out the Airtronics Micro 2chan recievers. They are really small (that's what I'm getting once I get my TC3). Think they run around $90 though... The M8 is definatly a great radio! Have fun!

Nice call guys!! I looked into it, and found out that you get the super micro RX. I didn't know that!
