I just got some of the Trinity Shrinkwrap tubes, and I want to make a couple of Stick Packs. Do I seal one end, put the battries in, and heat it? Or do I Drop the batteries in and heatit? Can I use a hairdyrey to heat it or should I use a paint stripper (600-700 degrees). Thanks. Also, should I use Gold Plated, Silver Plated, or Copper battery bars? Thanks.

Put the batteries in and shrink it all at once. I just finished making 4 battery packs and my girlfriend's cheap hairdryer worked just fine for the shrink wrap. You don't have to buy a heatgun.
Although I haven't tried a lighter for shrinking around battery packs, I would be hesitant to use it to shrink such a large heat shrink like those for the battery packs. Lighter works excellent for smaller jobs like heat shrinks for wires.

Also, the tube seems quite large. Will It really shrink that much?

Gold/silver bars dont really help much... copper will do just fine. Oh and a hairdryer PROBABLY wont get hot enough....... though it might, if you have a lighter, it works much better for the shrinkwrap... anything over 500 degrees could melt the stuff, so be careful

It sure will Crazy C.
ever burn the plastic that comes on the bottom of a cigarette pack? know how that almost completely disappears?
well, shrink wrap won't go bye-bye, but it will slim down a lot further than you might think.
