For those of you who use a dremel tool to round out the wheel wells, what kind of bit is best to use for doing this? Thanks in advance.

I use the large sanding drums. It easier to get a smooth line around the wheel well with the larger wheel. I trim the around opening with a pair of curved scissors or scribe it with an X-Acto. I'll usually cut about 1/8 inside the trim line, then do the final shaping with the sanding drum. There's usually some "flashing" left over from using hte sanding drum, which I remove with a fresh X-Acto blade.

Set your Dremel to low speed and take you time.

Well I tried it and I have to say I'll never use the scissors for the wheel wells again. I see what you mean about the flashing left over. Thanks again.
