I voted for 1 hour. In fact, my best racing spot is 50 minutes away average, so 1 hour is my choice. Anyone thats saying 2+ hours or 4+ hours is lying, tell your parents to drive you there, i bet they would say no. And if its 4+ hours away, you better be planning for the nationals/worlds, because who would want to drive 200 miles to race every weekend? This is basically a "local track" servey, but if it WERE the nationals, I would drive anywhere, but im DEFINATELY not for 1-3 times a week for 8 hours a time. I would rather fly.

I have to drive 4 hours to my nearest track. I only go about once every 3 weekends. ***** to be me! ;)

My closest onroad track, for my touring cars.. is 45 miles from me, soon to be 53 as I'm moving.. its a drive im far more then willing to make twice a month to race.. the next closest track is Lubbuk, Tx, and its 120 miles, as soon as I can find out thier shedule, i want to attend one of thier events to decide it will be a monthly pilgrimage as well....
