painting white bodies

if you paint a body white, do u use any backing? cuz i was thinking, if i paint 2 layers of white, then back it with black, wont it look grey from the outside? :confused:
or do you use a different color to back it?

and also, just a matter of opinion, what body would look nice white with gold rims? :cool:

No it will look white but it will not look like an ultra bright white

Somewhat hard to explain, but I would just paint 3 coats of white and leave it alone
