Bad Battery Pacs

Is there any difference in the performance or run times of battery packs. I have 2 real cheap $15 ones that only run well for about 5 minutes. Would a $50 battery pack run longer or have a greater performance?

I'm assuming that your $15 packs are probably 1500mah or so, the $50 pack is probably 2000 or 2400mah. To answer your question: yes, you would notice longer run times as well as increased performance.
