Ok say i have a race with my friend on a street I have a nitro rs4 ss and he has a savage who would win??

Depends on what gear each vehicle is running, how long the race is, how good each driver is...etc.

Another little question if the ss was converted into a rally car, the track is hard dirt no jumps and about 150 ft long then who would win??

ss is an all around faster car.

SS will win due to fact of lower CG, and better handling characteristics. If it would be worst terrain like ruts and hard bumps SS could not stand it, but if its hard packed even track, than i think with EVEN drivers abilities SS should win
