Multiplex 403 HELP!!!

How do i use Am mode..couse i didnt have enough cash to get Multiplex 403 with the FM reciever...SO how do u use it...I tried it with my airtronics reciever but it doesnt work...??

Here's a tip: read the instructions! Come on, it's easy to use but you still have to read the instructions. Be a little more responsible, ok?

You change it between AM and FM by going through the menu accessed with the wrench button. Push it until you see AM - FM and turn the digi-adjuster wheel to change it to AM.

I know that.. but do I still have to put AM crustal into the radio...If yes then i did it and the radio just glitched a lot thats all.

You use the same Multiplex crystal in the Tx whether you want to transmit FM or AM. The Rx needs a crystal made for it; an AM reciever must use an AM crystal and the Tx must be set to transmit by AM. The crystals must be the same channel, but you already knew that...

I have the 403. It has all the features I'll ever want or use. I don't see any need to step up to the 707. I really love the radio. Just make sure you read the directions thoroughly; you may find yourself adjusting one thing instead of what you think you're adjusting. That is because they don't use all the same lingo as I've heard before. As RCCA said when they reviewed it, hook it up to a reciever and two servos at first to see exactly what each setting will do.

Anyway, I've got it dialed for my XXXT. I totally love it and won't go back to my old setup, EVER!

Brian, which Profi do you have? I have been thinking of getting one. Multiplex USA is a couple miles from my house.

Did you find it to be a good Tx?
