Had a problem last week at the track and wound up having to replace the spur gear. So having done that I thought I would take it out today and see if it was back to its old self again....Ran a tank thru it and it was great. Put in a 2nd tank and thats when it started.....I just lightly bumped a curb (or at least thats what I thought) There didnt seem to be any damage so I continued on my way at full throttle. I applied the brakes and wow did it take off...I mean about 15 or 20 endos then it decided that wasnt enough and it started barrel rolling for another 40 or 50 feet. Once it came to a halt I ran over to check it out and there was one of my brand new Integy shocks all bent to heck (just installed them Friday night) The lower front "A" arm and the bulkhead were broken also. Do ya think I hit that curb a little harder than I thought???? :p I had also just painted and installed a new body....You can imagiune for yourself what that looks like now. LOL Heres a couple of pics...

Heres another of the "A" ARM and bulkhead. If you look closely you can see the nice big crack in the bulkhead.

That's why all the newer MTs use metal bulks :p

Haha, sorry to hear that dude. Sucks. Integy shocks aren't cheap :(

That does suck, but for the shock cant you just replace the shaft?

I hope so!!! I have sent off an E-Mail to Integy inquiring if I could just get a shaft. I am just awaiting a reply from them. On an up-note though. I have managed to fix everything else except the shock.

Good Luck. Hopefully they will be cool and let you get a shaft from them. Otherwise they wouldnt be cool people. ;)
