why cant i get on the chat????????????????????????????

everytime i try to get to the chat it says my name doesnt exist. right now its doing in, and everytime before this it ALWAYS gives me some kind of trouble. whats the deal? if i can post here, y cant i chat?????

Your bulletin-board handle is NOT the same as your chat handle. You have to apply for another login name & password specifically for the chat board.

You need to sign up for the Chat and for the Bulletin Board seperatly. I don't know why, but I couldn't post on here for a while untill I figured out that my Chat Handle didn't work for the BB.
